Donate Your Elitone Device
Have you been helped by Elitone and no longer need it? Pass it on to another woman. By donating your gently used Elitone and any unused GelPads, you’ll provide vital pelvic health treatment to women who otherwise could not afford it.
Each donated Elitone helps restore confidence, freedom, and dignity. Plus, your contribution is tax-deductible—receipts will show $160 in value for Elitone devices and $20 for each GelPads pack (less than 1 year old).
How to Donate
1. Start your donation online
- Click the Donate button below
- Select “$1 In-kind device donation.”
- Choose “Mail a check” at checkout (you won’t mail any money, but this step allows the donation to process).
- Use the address listed under “mail a check” to send your donated device
2. Prepare your device
- Wipe down your Elitone unit.
- Gather any cords and accessories.
- Include any unopened GelPads if you have them.
3. Package and ship
- Place your items in a secure box or padded envelope.
